Swedish Wellness Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, and greater flexibility. We will focus on the areas of your choice, and will tailor the massage to your preferences. We offer 90 minute, 60 minute, and 30 minute sessions.

Medical massage therapy is a specialized form of massage that aims to treat diagnosed medical conditions. This type of massage focuses on the body's soft tissues, including muscles, tendons, and ligaments, to address specific medical needs. In order to bill a medical insurance company for Medical massage, it must be considered medically necessary and prescribed by a doctor. It is generally billed out at 30 minute, or 60 minute appointments, and is targeted to work on the areas written into the doctor's Prescription. In order to bill for In Network services, Licensed Massage Therapists are credentialed with the insurance provider. Our therapists each hold individual credentialing, and are able to accept limited insurance depending on their network status.
